when it is HOT GIRL SUMMER SEASON (but you live in centro-oeste right in the middle of brazil and it's actually winter however it's making 31 degrees outside and there's no humidity so your nose is bleeding and you have a sore throat and there's no beach for you to go so you go outside and pretend there's something fun to do while ur soaking in your own sweat and everything you wanted was to be at home with a giant fan right in front of you and then you actually realize that there's no hot girl summer at all but you're a girl and you're actually hot so you might pretend it is a hot girl summer after all).
